"These are my first Skullcandy headphones. They're a very nice model. I bought two for myself and my son. We're both happy with them. They fit perfectly and cover my ears. The microphones are great for phone calls and work perfectly, I recommend them. They're great for listening to podcasts and music. The ANC works well and reduces noise, and the battery life is fantastic. I recommend them."

"Product works well, very comfortable, however there is no binaural audio support no matter the settings that are changed. THX spatial audio is not a good setting to enable for binaural audio because it fakes distance. I listen to a lot of ASMR that is specifically designed to be played in seperate tracks, and it relies on the ability to detect a sound from the left ear or right. I was very disappointed to hear that the channel for the headphones is mono. Overall the headphones comfort is amazing, but the inability to separate left and right ear channels for an actual surround sound experience is a con for a comfortable and enjoyable gaming/listening experience."
"I own most major headphones (XM6, APM, QC Ultra 1st gens and Momentum4’s). These Aviators are of the best headphones available. The ANC is outstanding. Maybe not APM or XM6 quality but just as good as the Momentum 4’s. The sound is better than APM, Momentum and Bose. It took a while to get the sound where I like it but when I did it was phenomenal. Highs are crisp and the bass is very good. They are comfortable too. Only thing I worry about is, because I wear them so much, needing to replace the ear pads sooner than later. All in all a five star pair for sure."
"The sound quality is good. However i want bass emphasized in my music so i prefer the crusher ANC2 with bass boost over the Aviator. The Aviator does have a bass boost setting but it is low quality compared to the ANC2. I returned the Aviator because it did not meet my music listening requirements."
"Realy great headphones, theres lot of room for EQ settings like with PowerAmp and get nice punchy bass from them. Design is nice and cool, but the see trough open back is not so good idea. Lot of dust can get inside and can be problem cleaning it in future. No idea if u can swap, take it out and earpads too. As app goes, had no problems connecting them and adjust settings etc. on my s21u. Anc could be better, my wh1000xm2 from 2017 if i remember were more advanced."
"I’ve been using the Skullcandy Aviator 900 ANC for a while, and they strike a nice balance between style, comfort, and modern features. The retro aviator‑goggle design really stands out in person, with a sturdy build that still feels lightweight enough for all‑day wear. Noise cancelling is solid—easily good enough for commuting or flights—and the transparency mode does a good job of letting in outside sound when you need awareness. Out of the box the sound can be a bit hit‑or‑miss depending on your taste, but once you run the Skullcandy app’s personalization and tweak the EQ, they open up and become much more enjoyable and balanced. Battery life is a strong point, stretching into multiple days of mixed use without needing a charge. Overall, they feel like a great choice if you care about looks, comfort, and app‑driven customization more than absolute top‑tier audiophile sound or the strongest ANC in the segment."
"I was so excited for this product. Especially at the price point its advertised at. I wasnreally disappointed with the sound. For 300 dollar this should be sounding way better than it is. The bass mediocre at best even by fine tuning it. I think for a the same price or a few bucks more I could have gotten a pair from other brands that would have been fare more exciting to hear."
"They are comfortable, very well made and super stylish. The sound was really good…. . then I did the personalize audio…. . now the sound is AWESOME!! It’s not the absolute best I’ve ever heard…. but it’s VERY good and they don’t run you $800. Best. Skullcandy. ever. 👍"
"The sound quality is okay. The operation of them is user friendly. They aren't too tight or too bulky either. But the nanocoated water protection is kind of a lie or only applied to the ear cups. Once you start to workout in them one of the earphones will stop producing sound, or when you first turn them on they both won't produce sound."
