Great headphones, software caveats
"The main reason I got these headphones is the earpiece shape. I have such in-ear shape, that I need wings for them to stay in place, as opposed to push-and-hope for enough suction round silicone cups. These fit me perfect, have been comfortable long term and are very lightweight. These stay put even when hanging your head down and in the gym. I like the sound quality. I am no audiophile, but I am very pleased with the sound quality after testing multiple music genres and fiddling around with the EQ. If bass is your thing, the bass boost mode will make your socks spin. The ANC is pretty good, it dampens even bassy sounds and traffic well. If you are looking for complete silence though, this might not be your pair. Aware-mode lets sound through well enough that you might not be wearing the headphones at all. Both ANC and Aware strengths can be adjusted in the app. The mic quality is great when in quiet, though in loud environments can pick noise, at least with ANC on. The earphones feature touch controls, and you can bind a maximum of 8 different preset commands to 1-3 taps or 1 sec hold. The case is surely unique. Not the most compact case to put in a pants pocket, but small enough to take with you in a small bag. The magnetic closure is strong and snappy. The biggest problem is, that the announcer voice (e. g. when powering on or cycling ANC modes) is LOUD and at least when writing this, does not adjust with the volume or cannot be adjusted manually. I hope this gets options in the future. The app had some pairing issues, but worked after a few repetitions. TL;DR: Great all-rounders in their category (True wireless ANC), especially if your ears need wings. Excellent value for money on sale."

"Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I really hate having to return them because I actually liked the sound quality, the EQ, and the fit — they were all really good. I was able to run, walk, and work out comfortably without any issues. However, whenever I’m walking around or moving (instead of staying still), the headphones randomly pause by themselves and I have to press play again to continue listening. I’m not sure if this is a problem with all units or if mine was defective, but unfortunately I have to return them. Really disappointing."

"I am in love with them. I had the 360, but they broke on me after only 10 months. I sent them back, got the 540 and, although it's only a price difference of about 20€, I instantly felt the difference between models. The 540's case is not as klunky as the 360's and the closing isn't as loud, although it has a magnet (I had to always hold the case, because the in-ears kept falling)."

"pretty good so far. Great sound and high volume without distortion. Only issue im fining is that if there is any wind at all the A. N. C just can't handle it so there is wind interference over your music. . You can sort this out my truning all this off and just play music. But over all very comfortable great sound and the case is sturdy only my small comment about the microphone and anc. But would highly recommend so far."
