FAQs

A little hard to get

"A little hard to get them over my ears, and they don't always stay put. Not sure if it's these headphones or a recent update to my phone's OS, but I tend to get push notifications read about at about x4 speed so it just sounds garbled."

— J K. (3/5)

Keeps disconnecting in all calls

"Keeps disconnecting in all calls no matter the app I used, they start with a loud noise then turn down by themselves after one second. Sometimes they don't even work in calls at all no matter what you do."

I like this one

"Pros: I like that the fact that i dont actually need the cord because the earbud itself is secured. Sometimes i forgot that i am actually wearing it. Case is slim and easily goes to the pocket. Good battery life. No charging needed- it can survive the whole day. Cons: Sometimes i think that the mic is not working. When im on my call, i put my phone in my pocket, then the person on the other line will complain coz they cannot hear me. I still feel ear fatigue Room for improvement: I wish the bud itself can be swivelled so that i can direct the speakers directly to the ear canal for optimum sound coz i think its a bit out of my ear (not super snug fit) Complain with warranty claims: I dont like when clqiming warranty coz i need to spend around 20$ just to send the item back"

don't fit small ears, worried

"don't fit small ears, worried they will fall off. Not good for biking, it creates a lot of wind noise. cant adjust volume on the earpiece. when music starts it comes on as a loud burst, then the volume will go to normal lower setting."

— Amber C. (2/5)

Tough to put on. I

"Tough to put on. I also can't stand these buds that every time you try and adjust the fit, you wind up pausing, stopping the music, unpairing them, or messing with the volume because you're barely touching the outside of the earbud. Speaking of volume, the music level fluctuates and muffles a ton. I listen to everything from Meshuggah, to the Allman Brothers to the Vince Guaraldi Trio and it does it with all of them. Give me my ANC METHODS all day over these things."

— Kyle E. (1/5)

Sound is great the case

"Sound is great the case and the cable and magnetic ability is amazing but I believe my ears are too small because everytime I use my bike it flies out my ear and it slips out when I'm working."

— Amberlee R. (3/5)

Sadly the earbuds don’t fit

"Sadly the earbuds don’t fit me. They are too big for the space in my ear to old them and the ear loop is too big - making it not even touch the top of my ear to stay on. Unfortunately there is not a way to adjust them to make smaller or fit better, so I am returning them."

— Lesli H. (1/5)

I enjoy these headphones a

"I enjoy these headphones a lot! The sound quality like all Skullcandy products is really nice! It connects very well, sometimes it takes a minute for the left and right to sync up if they aren't taken out at the same time but it hasn't given me an issue yet. Battery life is amazing, I've only had a headphone die on me after literally all day use without putting it in the case, and the case has not died on me yet. One thing I do have to mention is that I wear glasses and earrings, wearing my glasses OR my earrings the headphone sit fine, but when it's both the fit can get a little weird and they don't sit on my ears nicely. But thats a small issue"

— Jyla R. (4/5)

I gave them as a

"I gave them as a gift. My friend said she is happy with the function, long battery life, and sound performance."
