"I had to return my item have the pics of return labels the delivery confirmation from the post office I asked help on skullcandy and they said they can’t find it , I’m waiting for my refund and gave the email that they have sent all my information to but telling me they can’t find it"
"The head band is tight and makes listening uncomfortable. The sound quality is not as good as another headset worth much less than this one. Besides, unlike the other headset, the ICON doesn’t connect via Bluetooth automatically. Manual operation is the only choice. I am very disappointed with the product with this price paid😞"

"These are a replacement as my original one broke while luckily still in warranty. Love the headphones. Yet customer service were shocking. I had to chase them the whole way to get my replacement sorted, which to be perfectly honest let your company down no end. I then email my complaint about how bad customers service are and received no apology or even a recognition that they'd receive it. It's due to customer service that I've given such a low rating."
