"I returned the headphones because they were too heavy and, consequently, uncomfortable (RMA. That’s when the trouble with the refund began... The product was returned on September 28, 2026. Dealing with the chat support was hopeless; I had to provide the same information every day—tracking number, RMA number, a photo of the package—yet there is still no refund. That is why I am demanding a refund once again—and hopefully for the last time!"
