The headphones are confortable and the sound is very good. The noise canceling is not as good as I imagined. (I have a crusher anc 2 and I'm very satisfied with the noise canceling). The delivered was a nightmare and it took almost a month so I could pickup my headphones. The support is a slop AI chatbot that never solves anything. It also takes a long time until it let's you speak with a human. Overall, I'm incredibly disappointed."
