What's the best way to wear Method 360 ANC earbuds for a secure fit?

To get the best fit, and therefore best sound, determine the ideal size of inner ear gels and/or outer fit fins to best suit your ear shape.
• All buds will come set up with size medium gels and fins.
• If there is a spot that feels tight, swap down to the size small gels or fins that came with your product.
• Too loose? Swap up to the large.

How can I change my volume directly from my Method 360 ANC earbud?

In addition to controlling the volume of your media from your personal device, you can also set volume controls directly on your earbuds with the Skull-iQ app via the Button Settings function.

1. Pair your Method 360 ANC to your phone.
2. Download the Skull-iQ app to your iOS or Android phone.
3. If not automatically connected, pair your Method 360 ANC to the app by tapping the headphone symbol in the lower left navigation bar.
4. Once connected, tap the menu item ‘Button Settings’.
5. Here, you can change the button function on each earbud from its default assignment to Volume Up and/or Volume Down.

Example: Not a Spotify user? Choose to change the ‘1 Second Hold’ function from Spotify Tap to Volume Up or Volume Down depending on which bud you’re customizing.

How can the Skullcandy App enhance my Method 360 ANC earbuds?

The Skullcandy App provides several opportunities for personalization – such as adjusting Active Noise Canceling and Stay-Aware Mode levels, activating EQ modes, and customizing your button functions. It’s also a useful reference for user guide controls and troubleshooting guidance.

How can I use Spotify Tap™ with my Method 360 ANC earbuds?

Spotify Tap gives you a direct connection to your Spotify library. Just press and hold the touch sensor on either earbud for one second and your audio will pick up right where you left off – or Spotify will play a recommendation based on your listening taste.

How do I put my Method 360 ANC earbuds back in the case?

To ensure proper charging and secure storage, follow these steps:

1. Hold the case so the Skullcandy logo is facing away from you – as if it’s clipped to your belt loop
2. Move the slider down to open the case.
3. Place each earbud into its corresponding slot – right earbud on the right side, left earbud on the left side.
4. When aligned with the charging pins, you should feel a magnetic pull as the earbud clicks into place
5. Move the slider back up to close the case.

Why does my music stop when I adjust my Method 360 ANC or take them out of my ear?

Wear Detection pauses your music when you remove your Method 360 ANC and resumes it when you put them back in—so you never miss a beat. To prevent your buds from moving around in your ear and to ensure an optimal listening experience, use the included fit fins and ear gels to create a secure fit.

What gives Method 360 ANC earbuds superior noise canceling?

Method 360 ANC delivers top-tier noise canceling by pairing advanced ANC technology with a secure Fit Fin design. The snug fit enhances sound isolation, allowing the ANC to perform at its best. This means fewer distractions and more immersive audio, anywhere you listen.

sound quality is amazing, but

"sound quality is amazing, but the earbuds themselves are a little big in my ear and become uncomfortable after an hour or so. also the case is pretty heavy and large. don't dig them as much as the dime evo's I loved the Dime Evo's as far as comfortability, and they have a physical button so you can make adjustments while wearing gloves (biking, snowboarding, gardening, etc), I just wish the sound quality was better :("

I love the fit and

"I love the fit and the sound quality. My only feedback would be the case should have a clasp or something that allows it to lock in. I'm fearful if i have them on my keyring or attached to my gym bag if it should get hit knocked or jolted the case can easily come open and an earbud could fall out."

The fit is great, the

"The fit is great, the sound quality is pretty good, they are decently loud, the noise cancellation is the best I’ve experienced. But the one thing that I wish these had is less noise leaking. Other than that they are the best earbuds I’ve owned👍"

Great sound and excellent noise

"Great sound and excellent noise cancellation I’ve been really impressed with the Method 360 ANC. The sound quality is clear and powerful, with strong bass without overpowering the vocals. The ANC works very well, especially in noisy environments, and the headphones are comfortable enough to wear for long periods. The build quality also feels solid and premium for the price. Battery life has been great so far, and the overall experience has been very reliable. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for comfortable headphones with good sound, strong bass, and effective ANC. Highly recommended! Perfect anc an good isolation"

They are far too sensitive

"They are far too sensitive with the touch controls. This makes them completely unusable as when walking around outside a bit of wind or a stray strand of hair will start messing with the controls. This interrupts whatever you're listening to and will constantly pause it, play it and turn the noise cancelling on and off. Terrible customer service too as I am unable to get in contact with anyone and the returns are very complicated. I never got the email I was supposed to get when I submitted my return so I submitted a warranty claim and when I got that email, the address they gave me to ship them back to was wrong. In addition I had to pay to ship them back. Terrible experience all around and I would not order anything from skullcandy again. I just want my money back pls"

— Oliwia H. (1/5)

The sound is amazing, the

"The sound is amazing, the noise cancelling very good. I have difficult ears. Earbuds either fall out or hurt my ears. These are perfect, thanks to the extra silicon feature that works with the unique shape of the ear. Also the case is much handier than I expected."

— Evelyn M. (5/5)

I love my new product.

"I love my new product. My original set got damaged. And submitting a warranty claim was simple. It took 3 weeks but the reasons given were reasonable no ista mail. Time to find the damaged , reorder And sending it. Thank you"

— Veronica S. (5/5)

The first pair I bought

"The first pair I bought had to be exchanged via your 1 year product warranty. The two halves of the buds came apart because the glue didn’t hold or whatever keeps them together. We’ll see how these go. Hopefully I don’t have to go through a warranty claim again."

— Michael Z. (2/5)

Love these! The active background

"Love these! The active background noise suppressing is fantastic. They connect super quick and the quality is miles better than my old cheap ones. Battery life is incredible too. Well worth the money."
