"Honestly. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone from skull candy. I genuinely love the products, was mega excited to receive this for car journeys ect. An issue with the layout of my address on delivery means item has been returned to sender but no refund so I can purchase again. £45 in skull candys pocket and no emails back, chat bot doesn’t solve my issue The link to get it resolved does nothing. I’ve tried 100 times. It’s so frustrating and disappointing I just want to receive the item I paid for. I have no idea what else to do"
Wow amazing sound for me
"Wow amazing sound for me (I'm not an audio file but for the size it's quite powerful). Holds a long playback charge, it's got some weight to it (doesn't feel cheap). Controls are intuitive. I gave it a 3 because it has a very annoying audio sync issue with my phone over Bluetooth. First it matched the volume level on your phone instead of the volume dial. Most of the time it fixes itself by turning the volume dial a bit but I've had to turn it off completely and turn it back on a couple times to fix the issue. And I only just got it a week or two ago."

"Just what I wanted! Something small and compact with decent sound that magnets to metal, brilliant! The tether strap gets in the way of the magnet getting flush contact on a surface and can fall off sometimes. I couldn't get them both paired as stereo as of yet but I'm working on it. 😁"

"I am very disappointed in this speaker. . . First the Bass is not as strong as I thought it would be. Second the control buttons don't work very well. . . I couldn't turn the volume down with the button on the speaker. . I had to use the volume button on my phone to control it. I have returned this speaker under a warranty claim."
