What's the best way to wear Method 360 ANC earbuds for a secure fit?

To get the best fit, and therefore best sound, determine the ideal size of inner ear gels and/or outer fit fins to best suit your ear shape.
• All buds will come set up with size medium gels and fins.
• If there is a spot that feels tight, swap down to the size small gels or fins that came with your product.
• Too loose? Swap up to the large.
• You may use different sizes for the inner ear gel versus the fit fin.

How can I change my volume directly from my Method 360 ANC earbud?

In addition to controlling the volume of your media from your personal device, you can also set volume controls directly on your earbuds with the Skull-iQ app via the Button Settings function.

1. Pair your Method 360 ANC to your phone.
2. Download the Skull-iQ app to your iOS or Android phone.
3. If not automatically connected, pair your Method 360 ANC to the app by tapping the headphone symbol in the lower left navigation bar.
4. Once connected, tap the menu item ‘Button Settings’.
5. Here, you can change the button function on each earbud from its default assignment to Volume Up and/or Volume Down.

Example: Not a Spotify user? Choose to change the ‘1 Second Hold’ function from Spotify Tap to Volume Up or Volume Down depending on which bud you’re customizing.

How can the Skullcandy App enhance my Method 360 ANC earbuds?

The Skullcandy App provides several opportunities for personalization – such as adjusting Active Noise Canceling and Stay-Aware Mode levels, activating EQ modes, and customizing your button functions. It’s also a useful reference for user guide controls and troubleshooting guidance.

How can I use Spotify Tap™ with my Method 360 ANC earbuds?

Spotify Tap gives you a direct connection to your Spotify library. Just press and hold the touch sensor on either earbud for one second and your audio will pick up right where you left off – or Spotify will play a recommendation based on your listening taste.

How do I put my Method 360 ANC earbuds back in the case?

To ensure proper charging and secure storage, follow these steps:

1. Hold the case so the Skullcandy logo is facing away from you – as if it’s clipped to your belt loop
2. Move the slider down to open the case.
3. Place each earbud into its corresponding slot – right earbud on the right side, left earbud on the left side.
4. When aligned with the charging pins, you should feel a magnetic pull as the earbud clicks into place
5. Move the slider back up to close the case.

Wear Detection pauses your music when you remove your Method 360 ANC and resumes it when you put them back in—so you never miss a beat. To prevent your buds from moving around in your ear and to ensure an optimal listening experience, use the included fit fins and ear gels to create a secure fit.

Great headphones just have a problem with ghost commands

"Headphones work great just am constantly dealing with ghost commands every time I wear them. And no I don’t have my phone in my hand or on earbuds when the changing of the song happens or turns off earbud on one side and won’t turn back on unless it’s put back into the case. But other than that the sound is crisp and clean. The base isn’t bad either. Overall great earbuds and would definitely recommend but id recommend the newest model cause it has more features but for the price there phenomenal"

Common hardware defect

"Not recommended. My set of Method 360s have a common hardware defect wherein sunlight triggers the single-tap function on the earbud, causing frequent and unwanted pauses. I've had to disable the single-tap function through the app (which is not without its own issues) but I can still hear the little knock sound that indicates the function has been triggered. I tried to initiate a refund and a warranty claim but never received email confirmation of either, so I guess I'm stuck with them. Would not buy again."

"The left ear is quieter and the battery is worse in it than the right one other than that the ANC is really good and the battery life overall is good, Id say they are worth it just those couple of downsides"

"ANC is perfect, the comfort is very good and the sound quality is very good. The sound effect when changing between modes is not very good (the womans voice saying "ANC on, 100% battery, connecting. . . "). I would be happier if there were better sound effect for those purposes. A simple 'ding' or any other sound effect other than a low quality eomans voice would be much better."

"The are great fit on the ear perfectly the anc works great as expected from Bose. They ar not heavy it could be use for long time. Just some times the voices/music get distorted even in medium volumes"

"I purchased the method 360 ANC back in May 2026 and had an issue with right ear bud from the start! It doesn’t connect when removing from the case and it doesn’t change up like the left ear bud! I’ve tried a few times to contact skullcandy without any response not a happy customer!"
