"Noticeable sound upgrade, though missing a few features Since these were my first pair of Skullcandy earbuds, I immediately noticed a huge difference in sound quality right away. I really loved the built-in EQ modes, which made listening to different types of audio very enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed by a few control limitations: they aren't compatible with the Skullcandy app, and double-tapping the earbuds doesn't let you skip tracks forward or backward. Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, they are still a solid option!"

The 1st product worked so

"The 1st product worked so well for so long a bought a second pair which were defective out of the box and I had to pay the same amount to ship those back to you as the headphones cost me. The replacements got damaged by the courier so here’s me waiting 5 weeks to get a new working pair of your $20 earphones, the entire experience has led me to recommend anyone who asks not to buy your products. As an IT tech I get asked frequently by our 300 users as well as friends and family what to recommend, and I promise nobody here will ever buy your product after the experience I’ve had with your company. I have yet to open and test the 3rd set which hasn’t arrived yet but I’m pretty disappointed I had to pay 2x for replacements and shipping and still wait 5 weeks when I could’ve simply bought someone else’s product and been able to actually talk to humans not useless chatbots."

Sound quality is good and

"Sound quality is good and the fit is isolating as it was promised but the buds themselves have a problem with connecting to the case. When I place them to the case the buds wont always disconnect from my phone and I have to manually turn each bud off. In addition the buds tend to connect to my phone automatically whilst their still in the case, when the case is close by. This is really annoying and turning the buds manually off doesn’t fix it, half a minute later they have connected to my phone again. . For the price its okay but can be pretty annoying when it keeps happening. Also a skipping mode to change music would’ve been cool."

"Nice sound quality but the earbuds and the case connection sucks. The buds won’t charge in the case even with fully charged I have returned them and got a new pair and this case is worse than the last. They earbuds won’t fully charge or they turn on randomly if the case is lightly moved."
